Brand Canyon Donates 15,000 Toy Sharks to Phoenix and Scottsdale Fire Department for Drowning Prevention Awareness
The first thing we did when we opened our doors in 2002 was develop a fund raiser much like the traditional duck races – only ours featured a unique Tiger Shark. Our event came with 15,000 rubber characters, a 25-ft cold air inflatable, signs and banners and a Tiger shark costume. We gave all of those to the Scottsdale and Phoenix Fire Departments recently hoping that they can create a proprietary fund-raiser to fight the tragedy of child drowning.
